Validator.js takes a collection of preset rules and verifies if the data entered inside a form and its fields are compliant with those rules.
If one or more fields break the rules, a warning message is displayed underneath the appropriate field, letting the user know what he should fix.
There's basic CSS skinning with the plugin, so it can easily be deployed to any form and fit in with the available skin/theme/design.
A demo is included with the download package.
For now, validation rules are included for checking:
- for required fields
- contains a preset collection of elements
- complies with custom regex
